I booked this hotel without knowing much about Springfield, but we were pleasantly surprised at the nice area, the lovely hotel, the clean room, the quality of the room and the great service we received at check in and check out. We asked for a recommendation for a good restaurant. The one they recommended was excellent!

Big disappointment. By the morning the toilet didn't work at all; a bad caulking job that looked like it was done by a 4 year old covered up bad construction in the bathroom; worn chipped furniture; A hole in the ceiling. Housekeeping did their best but the room felt dirty because it is old and outdated. And $5.00 for parking?! The only places I have ever been charged for parking is in a large city. Other Hampton Inn's (or any hotel in a place like this) haven't charged me for parking. The location of the hotel building is not good one. Will avoid in the future.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room with a nice work/desk spot. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. 91 is right close by. Very friendly staff

The bathroom door hinge was squeaky & noisy as hell. It was so bothering. There's only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel for us, a party of 3 ppl. I was not offered free water bottles at check in, while other guests were given free water. I'm a member too. At check out, I was charged double for parking fee. When I pointed it out, parking fee was waived. Even that, how did it happen at the first place? Overall, it was a unpleasant stay. Not Hilton quality as expected.

This was my first time staying at this location and I will never stay again. The staff was friendly, but that’s the only positive. The hotel is clearly dated and the rooms look old and worn. The bed and pillows were terrible. Worse, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned after the last person. There was hair in the shower. A dead bug on the bathroom floor. The thermostat and fan into the room need repair asap. This is not up to Hilton standards. Choose another option, I wish I had!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, however, VERY low quality. Had to switch rooms because carpet was damp and smelled terrible. Whole 4th floor smelled strongly of mildew. Third floor was dry but still had a very bad musty smell. Air conditioner smelled terrible as well. We felt gross staying here. For this price I’d recommend choosing a different hotel.

For the price they charge for this room we were not very satisfied. Upon opening the door to the room we had to yank it very hard. The hinges in the door were loose. The room had an overpowering musty smell of chemical cleaner. And the free breakfast was absolutely terrible. We were not sure what the scrambled eggs were even made of.

I have never written a review before to Hilton. This hotel is old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The stool in the bathroom is 12" off the floor, the sink is too high, the tub surround is poorly done with half inch caulk, the ceiling …
